The 8 Common roads are private and owned by the HOA.
The HOA is responsible for the periodic repaving of these roads

Monthly Assessments are due the first day of each month.
Payments terms are Net 15
Net 15 requires the HOA receive payment by the 15th of the month.
A Late Fee of $25.00 will be imposed for payments received after the 15th of the month
