The Architectural Standards Committee acts to approve all proposed modifications or alterations to any improvement or any proposed change in the use of a home or any other property in the Community which may affect the exterior appearance of a home or other property in the Community.

Homeowners planning on using contractors for internal renovation work or approved external Architectural modifications should follow the attched Contractor Guidelines.
Governance of Terramere is set forth in two documents: the By-Laws and Declarations.
The documents define the THOA, its land, Members, Member Homes and the collective interaction of Terramere.
By-Laws apply to THOA, its Board, Officers and powers, THOA Property and Members
Declarations consists of protective covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, charges and possible liens applicable to the status and governance of THOA and Terramere LLC
The Committee is in the process of reviewing the Bylaws and Declarations to assure the consistency and accuracy of document language to avoid potential administrative and budgetary issues.

The Landscape Committee acts to assist and advise the Association in the management and maintenance of the common areas within Terramere. The committee meets as necessary to research, consider, and offer for Board approval, suggestions for beautifying and improving the health of the shared landscaping. The overall goal is to make our landscape more sustainable, easier to maintain and to enjoy.
